When learning issues arise, parents often need guidance in navigating special services programs and processes. Learning Associates partners with families to advocate for their children. We explain the results of testing, discuss the implications of those results, and make our educational recommendations to teachers and child study teams. We attend school meetings with parents to secure the appropriate program and/or services for their child. Through these meetings, we are able to work with the schools to develop effective 504 Plans and IEP’s.
