How do we begin?
- The parent or student submits a New Client Contact Information form.
- We talk on the telephone to assess the family’s need. Our services can range from a flat fee, full-service program with spanning several years to a few discrete coaching sessions.
- When the family engages Learning Associates for a first consultative session they send in records (grades, standardized test results, Learning Evaluations and Psychological Evaluations, etc) for a detailed review. Arrangements for the consultative session are confirmed.
- When the records have been received, reviewed and analyzed, a consultative meeting with the family is scheduled to explain the process as it applies to the particular student. If further testing is warranted, it is recommended.
- If the family decides to engage Learning Associates, arrangements are confirmed in writing and another appointment is set for the first meeting
- The follow-up meeting with the student launches the coaching relationship with a discussion of the college application process and establishment of an initial individualized timeline.
